The typical aroma of candy floss can awaken memories of fairs and visits to the carnival. With candy floss machines like those the PCO Group offers, the sweet snack can be made professionally and with ease. It takes five to six grammes of crystallised sugar to make one serving of the beloved snack. This is heated at around 150 degrees Celsius, liquefied and spun into threads by means of centrifugal force in the candy floss machine. After cooling, these threads are wound onto a special candy floss wand in a round basin. Along with various candy floss machines and the matching equipment, the candy floss specialist PCO also provides ready-to-eat candy floss in various flavours - and "organic" - as well as candy floss with special designs.
