§ 3 Which (Personal) Information is Retrieved?

Regarding the extent of the retrieval and storage of data, it must be determined whether the data merely concerns a simple visit on your part to our webpage, or if you are conducting transactions - especially purchasing a product or concretely utilising services provided by us.

(a) Essentially no data directly provided to us by you is utilised upon a visit to our webpage out of pure interest and the search for information. § 4 Using Our Web Shop

(1) If you would like to order something from our web shop, you must register beforehand. During the registration process we save your data for contract fulfilment purposes and delete these data once we are no longer legally obligated to store them. Upon creating an account under "My Account" the data entered by you is revocably stored, and you are always able to delete the account in the customer area.
(2) We use the data you provide to process your order. To do this we provide your address data to an authorised shipping company, and may send your payment information to our partner bank. We delete this information after processing the order and once the tax- and trade-related retention obligations have lapsed.

§ 5 Provision of Data to Third Parties

Should data be retrieved and utilised as described above, these data are only forwarded to third parties to the extent contractually required, and primarily to service providers such as post and parcel delivery companies to whom we provide your address for shipping purposes. We select these service providers to the best of our conscience.
There is no other provision of data to third parties for advertising and/or market research purposes.
Any other provisions to third parties are only performed to the extent that we are legally obligated, e.g. in the event of litigation or risk prevention.

§ 7 Usage of Cookies

We use so-called "Cookies" to simplify your visit to the pages of our web and online shop. These small text files allow us to mark all of our different homepage visitors and users. These text files are only saved onto your hard drive for the duration of your visit to our webpages by the browser you are using; we thus only use temporary Cookies (so-called "session Cookies"). Naturally we are interested in keeping you updated on our newest offers and products. One of the ways in which we do this is the electronic newsletter.
