With open sales, nachos are taken fresh out of the nacho heater. But it simply does not work without your favourite dip. Cheese, salsa, guacamole or sour cream can be poured directly into the nacho bowl or in an extra dip container. Special nacho equipment is used to serve the portions. There are two different ways of serving dips: dispensers (serving by pushing a button) and pumps (manual serving). The PCO Group sells a large selection of pro devices from renowned manufacturers, such as the cheese dispenser for three differrent portion sizes in which one or two bags filled with cheese dip can be heated. In the cheese heater pump, however, the cheese sauce is directly poured in, heated and served manually. There are also special dip dispensers for salsa and sour cream dips that are not heated up - for bags and with an electrical pump - as well as a dip container with a salsa pump.
